I-485 on somebody else\'s approved I-140 and LC

My compnay processed LC and I-140 of one of its employee but that person got GC in Lottery and did not go for I-485. Now can my company use that approved LC and I-140 for my case and just file my I-485.
I have the same skill set, experience and qualification that original applicant had.

LC might be transferrable...

Because it is for a job and I think the individual\'s fit comes at the final stage. I140 is not transferable generally.
