I-485 on-hold due to Company Name Change

I heard INS Vermont is keeping I-485 processing on-hold for the cases with company name change. My company changed its name after I filed my I-140.

FP 03/01/01

No RFE and still waiting for Approval. Anybody out there with similar kind of problem. Please share your experiences. Thanks in advance.
