Recd. notice of approval on 2/25/02.

Yes!!!

It is EB1. In fact there was a question whether it makes any difference what category you file in at the 485 stage. Technically I dont think there is, however based on some postings, there seem to be. It was a very interesting learning experience to go through this entire process without an Attorney.

Use www.e-nairobi.com/aos site to do this kind of tracking

If you post your details on this site (www.e-nairobi.com), you can filter the Center reports by Notice Date to see only those records you want to see.

I know its does not capture every single details about a person case, but for tracking purposes, it does its job.
