Me and my wife submitted I-485, I-765 and I-140 in the begining of January this year. Never received a notice of action. Case is open I got receipts numbers from INS over the phone and we were given my alien number on USCIS info appointment in Miami office. When I called to USCIS I was told my Notices of action were underlivered by post office. Immigration officer told me that most likely the address simply didn't fit in on a mail form. Meanwhile I moved and notified immigration of change of address, I received confirmation by mail that my address was changed. But my 2 service requests to remail me the notices of action that I place over the phone resulted in nothing. After the 1 request they updated my case with the same notice 'undelivered by post office' and no changes at all after the 2nd one. On the info appointment we were told that until I get my receipts I won't be able to get my biometrics done and we should wait for papers to be remailed.
So basicly we are stuck, case is pendig. If somebody can give me a piece of advice I would appreciate that.
