I-485 ND: JUL, 03. I-140 not approved LUD changed

Hi,

LUD on my I-485 (ND: Jul 03) is changed today. My I-140 is not approved yet but I received FP notice 2 weeks back schedule is Nov 10, 04.

Any similar experience? Please advise.

Does LUD change when FP notice is issued? I doubt it...

My case was similar..485 oct1 2003 ND ...140 with same ND NOT approved..got FP notice and LUD on 485 changed two days in a row...
FP scheduled for 0ct 27th...so i guess this is some kind of a pattern,,,

it doesn't ... I got the FP on Monday , I did it yesterday but LUD didn't change at all ...

Does LUD change when FP notice is issued? I doubt it...

My I485 LUD changed 2 days in row 10/13, 10/14 with same message....
"On October 12, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

LUD Changed twice and RFE issued on 485 (140 not yet approved)

My 140 ND 10/02 not yet approved

LUD Changed twice in October and RFE issued on 485 request for medical report and copy of birth certificate.

Replying the RFE in a couple of days......and then keeping my fingers crossed..
