I-485 ND-9/28/03 LUD Changed

Anyone with ND 9/28/03 got approval? because I scanned some & haven't seen any approvals. But looks like 09/28/03 cases are being reviewed since LUD changed (12/08/03) on my case.
 
Hi RDG01,

Even I had LUD change on 09/28 and 09/29 on my I-485. What about you, did you had LUD change both of ths 2 days...
 
LUD Changed Today

485 ND 09/24/04
Fp 10/30/04
FP Recd 11/04/04
LUD 11/24, 11/29 for both

But LUD chnaged for me primary case today 12/09 and spouse remains unchanged
 
Mine is similar to your LUD activity.....whats your EAC serial#? Looks like only this series(EAC032645*) has problem, no approvals at all.

We are in the same boat. Does anybody know the status of name check? Here's my details:

I-485 ND: 9/28/03
FP: 11/12/04
LUD: 11/22/2004 (FP RCVD)
LUD (no status change): 11/24/04

I bet on ur approval in some time as I have seen people with only one LUD after FP received gets approval in few days or weeks.. remember me If it happens
 
See the LUD changes on my I-485 below in my signature. The LUD changes are the same on my spouse's case as well.

On Dec 09, 2004 along with LUD the message also changed to the following, does anyone know what the message means?

"On December 8, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Do you have any address changes recently? My friend got same message and and LUD changes after that and approved last week.

I checked my email just now and found that my I-485 has been approved today! Details will follow.

LUD: 11/22/2004 (FP RCVD)

I think yours is the first approval case with ND 9/28/03 and I hope we'll get it soon.

Same for me. LUD changed on Dec. 9 and Dec. 10 for both I-140 (ND Sep. 03) and I-485 (ND Nov. 03) with no message change
