I-485 marriage based (USC) under review

I and my wife had interview at Memphis TN for I-485 marriage based on 01/21/2009. I-130 already approved at CSC.
After interview IO said i will get a letter in mail in 10 days and in next 30 days a conditional card. Still nothing and i called the customer service that day and got a letter saying that the CASE IN UNDER REVIEW. Allow 60 days to get a decision.
Any similar experience or how long its gonna take t get any answer? Also can i travel on AP now?

I had the same case, I interviewed on 03/09 and no decision yet. I also had my I-130 already approved. But my interviewer did not give any hint on what next. she said you will get mail with the information.

Your I-130 is approved and what's next will be an interview for I-485. If your I-485 get approved, you'll get your GC.

I had my interview for I-485 on 01/21/2009 and the officer said that i will get a letter in 10 days and a Conditional GC in 30 days. Till now nothing. I called the customer service and they sent me a letter saying The case is Under review. So dont know how long its gonna take to complete the review.

Possibly your background check is still pending. Go for an infopass appointment.

The same situation.

Today tuesday I had my interview and my case in under review as well and she gave me a notice that said that within 60 days they will mail me any notice...

Have any of you gotten any info in the mail?
 
FINALLY got it! I had to wait almost 45 days after interview, interview on 03/11 card production ordered 04/27.

I had a INFOPASS appt on Friday (04/24), the officer at the window said my case was still in processing as per the computer. She then asked me to write a letter to interviewing officer, and she will deliver it to the interviewing officer. I did that and then on Monday (04/27) my I-485 was approved and card production ordered.

I am not sure if the INFOPASS appt did the trick for sure. But looking at the steps and timeline, for me it looks like INFOPASS appt helped me get it move forward.

Also I heard that if you do not hear anything for 30 days after interview and then you schedule a INFOPASS appt, the USCIS should take a step forward in your case withing 2 weeks. ie, they should either approve the case, or if they need for info mail you about the info needed.

Hope this information helps to all other applicants waiting on their case.
