I-485 Mailed on July 28th but no reciept dates yet :(

My lawyer has mailed mine and my wife's 485 application(EAD+AP) on 07/28/07 to TSC but we havent received any receipt dates yet. As per the dates in this link http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/us...toid=ace7ec20cfbd4110VgnVCM1000004718190aRCRD 485 receipt dates till 08/09 is being sent this week to why havent we received any receipts yet .
Is there others in this forum who are facing the same issue? Is there any other way to find out when we can get receipt dates?

Don't know what to do?

Have patience man , I send my application on 07/26/2007 and I just got my receipts couple of days ago. so you guys should get it pretty soon. there are so many applications to process, you will get your turn.

Yeah, we have to just keep patience. I mailed my application on 7/26 and still have not received receipts.

Receipt..................

Mailed AOS on 8/2, still have not recd case number. Checked with lawyer, checks have not yet been cashed.
The USCIS website dates do not seem to correspond with reality on the street.

I-485 mailed on 08/3/07,no receipts yet.

Fedex reached Texas center on 08/03/07,my checks are not encashed and no receipts yet.Is there any 90 day rule for the receipts..??? any updates Appreciated.

90 day rule

Based on latest updates of USCIS website, they want to make every effort to send out EAD & AP within 90 days of filing.
I know friends who filed on 17th of July and have recd AP, EAD and fingerprinting notice this week.
My 90 days will expire 2nd November. Curious to see if they can meet the legal requirement of 90 days.
