Any gurus here know what will trigger a new LUD?
like what is the first, second LUD means?

I just got two LUDs recently, don't know what it is going on? I have not done my finger print yet, I will do that next week.

My I-485 LUD History
Receipt Date: 11/03/06
LUD 11/07/06, 11/20/06, 11/21/06.

EB2 category eligibility question

I subtituted labor 86k salary, Master degree with one year exp.
I got I-140 approved in EB3. Is that Iam eligible for Eb2?
