Was your case an AC21? I have an AC21 case and got a similar RFE as yours .... What are the chances that my case would be transferred to the local office? Or what are my chances of being approved?

Yes mine is an AC21 case, My LUD changed on Nov 22 and 23rd

I feel your chances are excellent for straight approval as long as

a) you have an approved I-140 and a permanent job in the same/similar category
b) you worked for the sponsoring employer for at least 180 days after 485 RD.
c) you have never been out of status.

Disclaimer.

This is just my 2 cents, I am not a lawyer. There are numerous AC21 threads on this portal you can follow for additional info.

AC21 is safe and is law. IMHO now the days it is better to wait for RFE to file AC21

Congratulations!.............

One should appreciate your patience....

You really deserve it... Its a long journey.

I have categories a) and c) satisfied but i filed the I-485 on my own, and i was no longer working for the sponsoring company, so i fail in category c). I hope my case is not transferred.
