I-485 Issues

I have applied I-485 on June 2005.
I got my EAD Sep 2005.
My I-140 approved on August 2005.

My priority date if Labor April 30, 2001.

Can Any one predict how long it will take
to get green card ?

I checked DS visa bulletin For March 2006
EB3 - May 1, 2001.

In this situation can I change my job.

Any good suggestions please.

1st May' 01 is the PD for EB3 World and your PD is April 30, 2001. In that case they should be processing your case in March. But from your username it looks like that you are EB3 India (Please correct me if I am wrong). In that case the PD is Ist Jan, 2001 (for March) and you may have to wait couple of months to see your PD become current.
