I-485 Issues

I have couple of questions.

1. My Labour, I-140 are approved and my I-485 is pending more than 180 days with the Nebraska Service Center. I got my finger prints done. My I-485 was filed some time April 2004. Does visa retrogression has any affect on me. Am i eligible for AC-21

2. Nebraska Service center processing dates for I-485 are the same since three months and its May 31 2002. Did it stop processing pending 485,s or
is it getting delayed in Nebraska.. Did any body got approved recently.
How much is it taking in Nebraska Processing center for I-485 to get approved.

------- I dont know when your LC was filed , the date LC was filed is your PD and if your case is EB3 and you belong to India, China then PD for EB3 is going to retrogress and cut off date is 2002 posted by many lawyer ( nobody knows what month of 2002 or from what date of 2002, you will come to know about it in mid December. if PD for you is cut off then they will processs the I-485 when the Visa is available for you according to your PD.
Am i eligible for AC-21

1)My priority date is may of 2003. Suppose if they say they are going to retrogress till may of 2002. will that mean they will process all the I-485 filed with priority dates before may 2002 and then process all the I-485 filed between may2002 and may2003 and then come to me.

Or what does that they mean ????

2) Now what happens during Lay off since my I-485 was pending more than 180 days and I-140 was approved can i get a new job and use my EAD and work.

3) Can I apply for an second EAD with all this retrogression.

4) I heard in some states they are doing pilot processing of I-485. Does any body know any thing about it

------ you can join new employer with H1 tranfer or with EAD, you will be eligible to get EAD AP while I-485 is pending and you are also elegible to extend H1 for 7th year
3) Can I apply for an second EAD with all this retrogression.
--YES, apply renewal 5-6 months advance of EAD expiry date
