Hello,
I have one question,
My company filed for my labor certification in 2001 march and got approved in 2003 January, and then I filed my i-140, i-765, advance payroll and I-485.
Other then payroll all other petitions got approved, now I am waiting for my 485 to get approved,
My question is that, after 4 months my daughter will be turning 21 years old and not sure if her case will be denied after turning or it will continue. Last month her finger prints for I-485 is done and she already received her EAD card.
I did received update from Vermont office saying that my case is transferred to my local regional office which is NYC and now it’s up to them to either make a decision or if they want to schedule an interview.
Hope to get some positive response soon.
