I-485 intial interview

I received an initial interview letter from USCIS for my I-485 family-based case. Does this mean a guaranteed approval at the time of interview? I have done my finger print, I-693, and medical exmination and were sent off; I believe they are OK. My dad is my petitioner. Any experince or suggestion, please help and thanks.
