I have my I 485 interview in a month and would like to ask a question.
My situation is as followed:
I am french and my wife is an american citizen and we have together a 8 months baby.
Since I received my employment authorization 8 months ago i havent been working because i was studying.
Since my wife has a part time job that doesnt meet the minimum financial requirements she cannot sponsor me, and so it is her mother who sponsored me through an I 864 affidavit of support.
i was just wondering if it would be a problem since I am not working eventhough i have an affidavit of support from my wife s mother.
I would appreciate all your information
