i-485 interview

Hello,

My spouse(beneficiary) did not recv her interview notice, Is there something i can do ot prompt iNS ot schedule her interview along with me?

I am called for interview in state FL and but now live in TX, Does FL INS office have jurisdction over my i-485 case? _ can it adjudicate my case or will it be transferred to TX??

What documents (if any) do they ask to see for applicants that used AC21 and changed employers a couple of times?

How old can the medical test be? How old can the fingerprints be to be valid for i-485. Do the INS ever ask applicants to do fresh FP and meducal on the interview date?

If you spend some time in the various sub forums you will find the various answers..
You can call the 1800 number and request a FP.
Is your case a local transfer? If not both TX and FL come under TSC. So no problem.
A letter expressing that you have used AC21, see the FAQ forum for sample letters. Medical test have to be within a year (while filing for I485 only). FP is valid for 15 months.
