Hi folks:
I have an interview at the local INS office. The INS has requested to take the letter of employment. I had a promotion since I started my process, so my current position title (Senior GIS Analyst) is not the same as it was (Associate Planner) mentioned on the Labor Certification, eventhough I am doing the exact same assignments as I was doing since I started my employment. My employer does not want to put my old position title on the employment letter, instead they want to give an employment letter without a position title.
My question is? is it really a problem? if so, how can overcome it?
Also my salary right now is more than what it was mentioned on Labor Certification. is it a problem at all?
Please share your ideas/advise.
Thanks in advance.
