I-485 Interview done for everyone ??

Does all the family based AOS [ 1-485 ] applicants gets interviewed ?
Is there any chances they might not interview ?

Nationality: Indian
H-1B married to USC
live in New York State
I-130 mailed: 09/23/06
RD: 09/25/06 - Day 002
ND: I-130 : 09/26/06 - Day 003
Checks cashed: 09/28/06 - Day 005
I-485 & I-765 ( + Medical and I-864 ) mailed 10/27/06

As far as I know, all marriage-based AOS have to go through at least one interview.
K1-based AOS might be waived because the immigrant has already been interviewed at the consulate abroad.
