I-485 in process at TSC and Getting married to American Citizen.

Hi All,
   My I-485 is in processing at TSC with RD of July-2001. I\'m getting married nextmonth and my fiancee is American Citizen.

   What is the procedure of applying greencard thru marriage? And would it be faster than EB3-I485?

   Can I have 2 process going on at a same time (Employment GreenCard and marriage Green Card) ?

Please advice.
