I have filed I 485 ,PD Aug 2005, EB2/INDIA
I 140 approved.
I 485 pending ,(stationary at Jan 2003).
My sister also filed I 130(INDIA) in May 1995 ,wich was approved.
Visa numbers under I 130 -Current.
Since I have already filled I 485 under EB2 as mentioned above, should I have to refile I 485 for I 130 (family base) ?
Is there any way they(INS) can combine 2 files & use VISA number for my Family base petition?
Even if I file new I 485 for my I 130 petition what can be the wait time to get Gerrn card (rough idea)?
Please share your view , is it advisable to file a seperate I 485 , or if not necessary -what should be my next step to combine 2 petitions?
