I-485 /I-130 for minor child through green card holder parent

So far the I-485 seems to move faster than expected as I-485 notice after payment was received on 10/2/15 with date of 9/28/15 and on 10/09/15 just a week later notice for Biometrics appointment for 10/23/15 was received.

Does anyone has experience if I-485 gets approved faster than I-130 as I-130 case was send to California which seems to have one of the longest backlogs?
