I-485, H1B Extention and New Passport

Hi,

I am eligible to apply I-485 from Jul 1st 2007.

1. My H1B/Visa expired on Oct 2006 and got H1B extension approved on Oct 2006 until Feb 2009. I got the I-94 in H1B extension (it had same I-94 number).

2. My passport expiring on July 2007. I have applied and got new passport from Houston embassy.

3. I don't have the valid stamping in my old/new passport.

If I apply 485, will there be any problem in my 485 processing?

-------------------not a problem, you have Valid I-94
If I apply 485, will there be any problem in my 485 processing?
-----------not becase of not having Visa stamp in passport

-------------------- you can submit the copy of passport that has visa stamps and entry stamps to US and can also sent the first pages of new passport
