I Didn't apply for IEAD. I applied for EAD extension after the first one. I didn't get the extension in time. I still have a valid H-1 so i didn't appli for IEAD.

I sent the AR-11 on June 2nd.

Boy - is this good news - congrats. If this means that INS is looking into Dec cases, then what about the several Nov and before cases???

I wonder if this a one-off or has INS indeed started processing Dec 2001.

Do we have any more Dec cases who have seen some movement - like REF's etc.
