Hi All,
Today morning came to know thru my HR manager that i have to get my I-485 filed asap because of some changes in govt. rule. It would be great if some one can answer my following questions;
1. i came to US in mar'00 on company 1 visa, then i changed my visa to
company 2(present company) but, this present company visa is not
stamped on my passport even though it is valid till Mar'06. I'm from
mumbai and want to know will there be any problem if i go to mumbai for
my visa stamping.
2. What happens if after filing my I-485 i get married, then what will be the
status of my wife how can she come on my i-485 or will there be any
problems.
Would appreciate if anyone can answer these questions for me.
