I-485: Finger Print Notice

Hi,

My receipt date for I-485/I-131/I-765 is May 9th. However, I have not received my Finger Print notice yet. How long does it take to get the FP notice?

you should receive by this week. it takes 2-3 weeks from RD. If not, pl call and find out. USCIS is damn slow.frustrating.

I got mine almost a month after my RD. Some have taken even longer. It depends on case load, I guess.

called INS today. My case was recived more than a month ago.they said to wait 2 more weeks and if I dont get it by then..to call agagin. do you think calling back when they told me to will make any differnce? does they make it any faster if you havnt recieve something that is over their time frame and call them to ask?
lawyer said, summer is a "slow " time as INS people go for a vacation. huh
