My I-485 AOS application was approved last week. Both my wife and I received our permanent resident cards this week. The long excruciating wait is finally over. See below for all the details. I wish everyone the best. Hopefully your wait will be over soon as well.

RFE: One simple RFE in Aug 05 about proof of continuous legal status.
EAD: 3 + 1 applied in early June 08 which will now be rejected.
AP: 4
AP used six times for overseas travel.
FP: Twice (first Code 3, second Code 1)
AC21 after job change wasn't needed because I-140 is EB2-NIW
Three year H1B extension after job change
Useless "Extended Review", "Background Investigation" replies to several Service Inquiries.
NC: No idea when it was cleared.
