I-485 filling issue

Hi All,

I am new in this portal. Please help to solve my issue.

Please tell me in my following case do I have to file I-140 (again) with I-1485.

Case:

1. I have filed labor in Aug 2006 thru company A.
2. Company A acquired by company B in Aug 2006.
3. Filed I-140 thru A and got approved, as my lawyer didn't file with company B, because I was on company A payroll.

Do I have file file I-140 again with company B.
Please let me know. Thanks in advance...

Do I have to submit all the documents for I-140 amendments, which i submitted to file I-140 Or only i have to submit company merger document and company B fedral ID.

Please let me know ASAP.
