I beleive you can but its not you should.!!!!

Actually ALL 485s WILL GO TO NSC! They might then decide to send it to TSC or keep it for themselves....depending on the mood of the person with your application :) . Yet you can still file in TSC technically but IT WILL STILL get routed to NSC and then back to TSC.....whcih might take additional time thought your original PD will be honored. I would just send it to NSC to be on the safer side.

for a spouse, EB based filing 485 together, which of the the below???
PART 2:
I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because:
a. an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved. (Attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile orspecial immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you animmediately available visa number, if approved.)

b my spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residencein an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children.

G325A question

****This form is submitted in connection with an application for:****
options are:
|_|Naturalization |_| Other (Specify):__________
|_| Status as Permanent Resident

???which one shall i check for adjustment of status???

Was your I-140 approved then it will be "B"

If not I am not so sure but again it would have to be "B" because the only way your spouse can be on your petition is because you have to be approved first....she is not applying for it you are. Again correct me if I am wrong gurus.

You and she are applying for Adjustment Of Status (to that of Lawful Permanent Resident), so the G-325A is submitted in connection with an application for Status as Permanent Resident.

Trust your common sense, these forms can be quite self-explanatory.
