My wife is in the H4 status. She filed her F1 application several month ago. It is still pending.
Now, I get my I-140 approved and it is time for her to file I-485 as a family member.
Is there any conflict between the I-485 application and the pending F1 application?
If the F1 is approved before the I-485 approval (most likely), should we notice INS the change of Non-immigration status?
If the F1 is approved after the I-485 approval, is there any trouble?
