My I-485 was filed on 2002/10, Vermont Center, First FP 2002/12, Third EAD 2004/10. So far, no second finger print notice from USCIS. What should I do, or just wait? Thank you very much for providing me any information or suggestion.
In your situation you're qualify to call INS as your date is passed on INS Board and also 30 days over. If you see on their website they have clearly mention that if date passed and over 30 days feel free to call them and they will do jump start on their application.
I have somewhat similar situation. I have 2002/12 RD and then completed 2 FP and ready to apply 3rd EAD. I guess just wait... Let us know if anybody has some input in it. How do we proceed about it.
