I-485 filed but not approved - getting married

I am getting married to a person who has filed for I-485, but not approved. I am on H1-B Visa. Can I be added to the I-485 process after marriage.?

You need to file your derivative I-485 when his PD is current(form I-485, Fee, Medicals,copy of his I-485 reciepte,marriage certificate, your birth certificate). You need to maintain H1 or H4 status at the time of filing I-485.
What is his PD? (LC filing date)
EB3 or EB2?
What is his country of birth?
his I-140 approved or pending?
