nd : 08/29
fp notice received on 11/29
and fp scheduled for 12/28
 
You may do it any time after your received the notice. Try it if you want.

I did mine in Philly 2 weeks ahead of scheduled time without any
problem.
 
FP for ONLY wife recd. RD 10/16/2001 PD 5/2000

Got the FP notice VSC for my wife (filed as dependent) I have still not received the notice as yet. Anyone in same boat?
