I-485 & EAD timeline based on an approved I-130

Hi,

My I 130 was filed Feb 2002 and approved March 06. At that time spouse was a GC.
She became USC Feb 07 and we upgraded I 130.
I did not file I 485 and EAD as I was doing a 3 yr J1 waiver.
Waiver over June 4, 07.
I 485 and EAD applications receipt notice June 13.
Any idea how long it will take for EAD and GC?
Will I get any credit for the 5 years since my initial application or the 15 months since approval ?

Hi Amar,
I am exactly as the same situation as you. When I called in to upgrade my I-130, I was told that it is enough to send in the I-130 approval and proof of naturalization along with I-485. They didnt seem to update anything on their part. Was your experience any different? If yes, I would appreciate if you can provide details and nos, so that I can follow the same.

We sent a letter from my spouse along with her cerificate of Naturalization to
NVC. They sent it back and directed us to send it to VSC where our !-130 was.
Haven`t heard anything from VSC yet
Filed I485 and 765. receipt Notice 6-13-07
Got biometric appt notice on 6-15-07. Appt is 7-5-07.
I will keep u posted.
 
Amar: Quick question, do you have an address for VSC?
Also, if anyone has more info on timelines for I-485 that wud be very helpful.
