I-485 / EAD pending - can I change states with same employer?

Hi all,

I applied for my i-485 on JUly 2nd (PD-Sep 2006). My wife has been offered a job in another state for which we will have to move. My current employer has agreed for me to work remotely. If I move, will it affect my status/application? I will conitnue to be affiliated with the HQ.

That is OK.
once move file AR11 and call up 1800NCSC (after you get I-485 filing reciepts) for address change + also write letter to USCIS where your I-485 is pending to change the address on I-485 and other pending petitions with USCIS write your name, your New address, your Past address, your A# your DOB, your I-485 filing reciept# and attach I-485 filing reciept copy , send the letter with certified return reciept and out side the envelope write in big bold letters: Attn: Address change request on Pending I-485 OR form I-131 or Form I-765
