I-485 denied URGENT HELP

Guys,

My 485 got denied since my I-140 was revoked before my 485 was filed and denial notice says I can't appeal. I am in big ouble since my H1B expired on feb 18th.

I am trying to find another pre approved labor within my company. The question I have is I heard there is a 30 grace period to apply for H1 extension by paying a $1000 penalt. Is this true. Can someone guide me how this works.

- What the I-485 denied notice says
-when was your I-140 filed
- when was your I-140 approved
- the date I-485 was filed, reciept date
if you provide above info others may understand your situation better and may inform you if they have any solution
