I-485 denied reinstate possible or apply again

I am single and have applied for I-485 in July 2007 because priorty dates retrogressed and i had chance of applying.

In July 08 applied for I-485 withdrawal as i was still single, my PD was current and gc were getting approved. Hence my 485 was denied in Nov 2008 now on H1b status. Now dates have retrogressed again and i cannot apply for 485 as dates have retrogressed. Is it possible to reopen the old 485 because i want to use EAD as economy is tough. Please advice

No you can not reinstate an application you applied after you withdraw it and your request already approved. You can apply again when the PD is current again.
