I-485 denied- need help

My AOS was denied. The denial letter states that “The regulations do
not provide for an appeal to this decision”. Does it mean anything or
its part of standard language? My questions are -

1) Can I file MTR?
2) My understanding is that if MTR is not approved, per USCIS standard
processing, it is sent to the Appeal Board. Since I have this line in
my denial letters, would my MTR be forwarded to USCIS for further
consideration.

Without posting your details and the reason of denial, no one would be able to help you out. Please post the details. Fortunately, here we have very nice and knowledgeable people.
