I have received letter from them that they dinied my I-485 application. And they said that my husband and my marriage is fraud!! And they gave me my husband name, which I never heard!! Maybe there is someone who has same last name with me. And DAte that we submitted application is totally different from us submission date!!! In the letter, they said there is no appeal for this decision. But I made a info pass on Monday. I will talk to them that they are misunderstanding with my husband name!! and it is their mistake. Is that possible to change their decision??? Is anyone who have same experience with me???
