I just received a denial letter.
The interview letter was sent to wrong address, but denial letter to current address?????

I don't understand what to file - motion to reopen or motion to reconsider?
Is that the same? As far as i understand there is no form for that. Is there a fee?
Should i file form I290B along with fee? (385 dollars)

What happened?

You went to the first interview, they told you that a second one would be needed.
Then they sent the 2nd interview notice to the wrong address, you missed it and then got the denial notice at the right address???

Sounds odd.....you should just go and tell them. Is there any proof that they sent the 2nd interview notice at the wrong address??

Yes. They called us for a second interview. The letter for the second intervew has been sent to our previous address, but denial to our current.

That's appearantly their mistake and they shouldn't hold it against you.
Infopass Appointment is probably the fastest way to fix that.

I don't think that info pass will help in this case, because the case was already denied and they don't apologize for their mistakes.

The question is what to file now

The question is whether or not you should show them some attitude or rather get your case solved.
As far as I remember every letter sent by the USCIS has some legal statement about how to react properly. In your case APPEAL might be the right move.

Sometimes a nice phonecall helps, sometimes just walking in and smiling, even though you feel they'd have to apologize ... just my 2ct.

I called them today.
The only answer I get is follow the instructions on that denial letter.
I called 2 times and spoke besides representatives to a superviser ( I hope that was a superviser, because representatives who picked up the phone both times could give me an answer.)

denial notice

I exactly know what happened with you!! actually what happen the address was changed for you on i-485 but not on i130 whoever was filing for you didnt change the address or filed AR-11, interview notice was actually sent to that address, you got the denial notice at correct address since you didnt show up for interview. apparently your file is been closed discuss it with a very good lawyer to reopen options.
