I-485 denial based on "Medical"

What are the known grounds of I-485 denial based on Medical? I know of HIV, TB....what else?

Also, when I get my medical done, can I get a copy for myself (along with the sealed one)

485 denial cannot happen based HIV or TB. All you need is proof of treatment plans and other immigration compulsions (job, strong and affulent relations...)...
 
Yes you can request a copy for yourself from the doc. He cannot deny it.

Say if you do not meet the requirement for the medical conditions then there are steps you need to take like - medication, treatment and follow-up medical exams. Thus take a longer time for medical clearance - which again is a must for your GC

Our doctor (nurse) just gave us a copy of all the paperwork /results for our records. We didn't have to ask, so that shouldn't be a problem for you.
