I-485 denial, 84%?

It's difficult to believe that high of a denial rate for EB-based I-485. May be for concurrent filers? Even for concurrent filers, this rate is too high. May be a typo?

I think that they meant 84% approval (16% denied). This would match Rupnet too. Look at June, July, and August on www.rupnet.com/immigration. Assuming that essentially all cases of these months are finished then only the denials are missing (also assuming that people do update rupnet with their approval).
 
According to my knowledge

Total 91000 applications pending in EB category as per discussion with IIO.

Any body can file for GC in EB there are somany classes 1> C9.
No elegibility is required.

Suppose i am a gas store manager.. I can apply for H1 for some one who i trust in other country... Nothing to worry...
