I created the attached chart with current data from \'immitracker\' site and factored in PD from the current visa bulletin which has all dates current except EB3 China 01/01/00 and EB3 India 07/01/98.

I appreciate your work. We have to remove NON FP cases too, since most of the people upto sep\'2000 got FP.

Those who have not posted their FP info are persons who have left the
site after using it for some time. those one time guys should be removed to have clear picture or you can give different colour for them say blue.
