I am opening this thread for tracking I-485 Cases Transferred from CSC to TSC and exchanging other relevant information.

I-485 application was transferred to TSC on 3/22/06

Hi

My I-485 application was transferred to TSC on 3/22/06 and received on 3/29/06 as per the mail I received from USCIS. Broadly speaking I believe all CSC I-485 cases with ND after 10/1/05 ( I-140 pending ) were transferred to TSC.

Sorry to hear that you are stuck in the name check.
How did you know that your I-485 application is stuck in the Name Check?
What steps if any like contacting senators, mailing FBI etc have you taken in this regard.

Is your I-140 approved? Also are you sure that your case has been transferred to TSC? I guess not based on your I-485 RD ( dec.04 ). You might want to call the 1800 number and get some info on your case.

Transferred to Texas

My RD is 09/29/05. My I140 and I485 was transferred to TSC. My I140 was approved recently. No LUD on 485 after the transfer message.

My priority date is current.

How do i inquire about the status of my I485 case ?

Though my application is filed on CSC , it had been transferred to TSC.

So do i need to inquire in TSC or CSC?

If i need to inquire in TSC , is there any email address where i can send the inquiry?

Here are muy case details.

My cases ( 140 and 485) were TXed to tSC on March 22 06.

I-140 AD : 05/06/2006
I-485 ND : 10/3/2005 Xfr to TSC : 03/23/06. One LUD after xfr on 03/27/06

BTW What happened to the Jun visa bulletin ? Its 11th May already.

I am EB2 concurrent filer, 485 filed on 9/29/2005

For JUN Visa Bulletin the dates did not moved for EB2-India.

Have we seen any 485 approval for CSC to TSC cases yet?

Yes. I know of at least one 485 approval in my company.

It was just matter of days since her 140 approval date.
Quoting her "... Its just 5 days since my I-140 approval and
didn't even digest it, now..... bam our 485 has been approved".
(Looks like Emeril fan !).

They also got the cards today. Good Luck to rest of us !
 
Good to know that there is hope!
But seems there are very few people posting their approvals in this category.

BTW I am also Emeril fan. :p

I think there are many many approvals for CSC to TSC. There is this post on the 140 board, where one person got his 485 approval the day after his 140 approval, concurrent EB2 case....talk about luck...

Can you guys tell how many days it took for your lawyer/employer to see the real 140 approval papers in mail after you got the approval email?

Did both your lawyer and employer got the papers or just one of them?

My case was approved on 05/08/06. Both my lawyer and employer received the Original notice on 05/17/06.
 
Scanner for 485

Can someone start running the scanner for 485 cases, just as they do for 140?

I am not a technical guy so I am requesting others.
