I-485 case number disappeared from VSC AVS

My I485 case info can NOT be found in INS VSC Automatic Voice System (AVS),
although I have received INS VSC receipt notice and FP notice and get FP
done recently (July 2001). My I485 ND was in March 2001 and *was in INS
VSC AVS in April 2001*. *Does it matter that My I485 case info can NOT be
found from INS VSC Automatic Answering System for the past month and now?*
(I could not get through the phone to talk to an IIO to discuss this.) Should I write or fax INS? If so, what is INS VSC\'s fax number?

I also had the same problem.I read in some message boards to ignore it as the AVM data is not consistent.I was advised to ignore it.

Don\'t get panicked, wait for some time till they update, atlease 4 months I beleive...

802 527 4913, Info \'cannot be found\'

The VSC number is always busy. How does one get through to an IIO ? The system says my receipt # \'cannot be found\'. My RD is 12/00 and I\'ve got my parole, my EAD and my 485 receipt. I completed my finger printing in CA back in April/01. Anybody with similar experiences ?
