I-485 case number can not be found

I filed my I-485 (through NIW) in December, 2000 and finished finger print in April, 2001. But Vermont Automatic Voice System still says "case number can not be found at this time", Please advise what should I do!

I had the same problem. Call IIO, and tell them about it and it will be fixed in few days.
