Does anyone know what INS (CSC) will do with pending AOS cases before 9/30/2003 deadline?
Is there anyone out there with a pending adjustment case?
There are about 12 weeks to go....

thanks for any suggestions.
 
SUNSET 9/30

The religious worker special immigrant category (I-360 non-ministerial religious workers) is expiring as of Septermber 30, 2003.

This happend every 3 years since the early 1990s. Congress must vote prior to the sunset to extend this category, otherwise, all pending religious worker i-360s or even AOS cases are dead.

Does anyone have any insights into this matter?
