I-485 (at CSC) - RD : April 8th ,2002

Just to let you guys know...here is my status

WAC-02-155-5xxxx

1. RD : 04/08/2002
2. FP Letter : recd on 04/14/2002
3. FP : done on 05/02/2002 (Oxnard , Ca)
4. RFE : 04/24/2003
(Confirm employement :- letter from employer, W-2 Forms 2001
2002, 3 recent Pay Stubs)
5. RFE response sent by my lawyers on May 19th, 2003
6. RFE received by INS on May 22nd , 2003

Waiting for final approval !

Will keep all of you updated if anything comes up !

Hi All,

Here is how my 485 went through.

I485 was filed on 4/7/2002 and
I was laid off on 4/27/2003.

RFE on 4/22/2003 and three latest pay stubs
and employment letter , w-2 requested.

RFE was answered on 5/6/2003.

485 was approved yesterday on 6/16/2003.

I'd like to post my case because I got helpful info
here and wish you all lucky.

my case No. is WAC021575XXXX

MY case

Mine is WAC02169XXXXX
And have not got anything like RFE or amnything so far.

My status just sayed that ONn nov 2002 your FP was re'ved an processin has been resumed.

So what should I assume.
Would there be no RFE on my case???
God knows what those assholes are doing??
