I don\'t know which EB is current at what time. This petition is handled/submitted by my lawyer and I was just presenting the information on dates and stuff as accurately as I know it.
 
Remember, EB3 was current for most countries at that time just not for India and maybe China.

Maybe Ed Spiers is from a different country. What country, Ed? Thanks for posting your information. Enjoy!
