I 485 Approved

Applied 485 on June 8th 2001, got rejected since the cheque my Lawyer sent got expired. Applied again in Sep 2001. But the WAC# for 485 remained the same as of June 2001.

AP1 : Approved in Oct 01
Ap2 : Approved in Dec 02
AP3 : Applied last week.
EAD1 : Approved in Dec 01
EAD2 : Approved in Apr 03 (Applied in Sep 02)
RFE : Nov 25
FP : July 2002
RFE replied : Dec 02
RFE received Dec 13
(RFE : same old crap : EVL, 3 mon pay stubs, etc.,)
Called IIO on Feb 19, told that case was assigned on Fep 17
Called IIO again yesterday ( May 8) , told that the case was assigned again on May 8.
I485 Approved on May 8.

Can IIO assign the case?? Since it happened to me twice in Feb and in May.

Congratulations! This is overdue. CSC should have cleared all 01 cases. However they are still moving like a snail. Not a good sign for us in line
