Query from INS on I-485
There is a Query on my case asking for more evidence, where INS wanted my last 3 pay slips and last 2 years of tax return documents.
Unfortunatley, i did not have a job for most of the time last year and now i work for another company as a full-time employee on my EAD. I had never informed INS about change of employer.
My concern over here is about my tax returns for year 2001 (though i paid my taxes, i was employed for 2 months and piad taxes for only 2 months).
Please advice ASAP.
